Shipping policy

Most items are sent out within 7 business days from order date, depending on whether we have to contact you regarding issues with customization or not understanding your personalization clearly, from the description you provide us.  We are a small company and care more about quality over quantity.  We are not liable for delays in shipping due to carrier issues.  If you have not received your item after 2 weeks of the shipping date, please contact the carrier to file a grievance.
